Adventurous holidays, exotic beaches or holidays dedicated to our health?
Notwithstanding the crisis and restrictions that involves all of us, nobody really thinks of sacrificing their holiday: certainly we try to save and maybe instead of exotic Carribbean holidays (which often cost less than a journey to Rome) we content ourselves with rediscovering past holiday destinations practically a stone’s throw away.
In these difficult times we sometimes have to choose because of something which is out of our control. For example agricultural tourism and wellbeing centres benefit from people who are focused on their health and wellbeing, which is not bad. The choice of environment (the air that we breathe, food, exercise, relaxed rhythm) are really important to our health and wellbeing. Perhaps we ought to think about our holiday destinations in light of this criteria rather than the ideas of sparkling seas which glossy brochures have sold us as holidays for years.
Perhaps switching exotic surroundings to rediscover yourself and care for yourself is not so bad..
It is simply a case of remembering every cloud has a silver lining.
